Ah! The Joys of a Finished Quilt! ;)

Since some of you wanted to see a few pictures of this quilt I just finished, I thought I'd just post them.
As for what I'm planning on doing with this quilt... well... I haven't decided yet. :-/ I almost want to keep it since it took me soooo long to finish, but at the same time I'd like to sell it. :P Any suggestions are very welcome! ;)






This is a throw I just finished sewing the top to yesterday! I thought I might as well post some pic's of it right away! Anyhow, I did have fun with it. I really do enjoy quilting. :D lol.

Yeeha! I'm finally almost finished with the embroidery/Irish chain quilt that I've been working on for the past two years! :D I can't wait to be done with it! (By th way, everyone, I don't plan one doing another one like it anytime soon! :P )
A couple of my friends asked me to post some pictures... I hope this will inspirer some of you to do quilting! :D

A Quilt for John-Luke!

I just finished this quilt for Jonh-Luke about a week ago... He really wanted one! Every time I made a quilt he would say "Becca, can you make me a quilt?" And before I knew it he had found some fabric that he liked and asked me if I would make him a quilt out of it! Well, I couldn't resist his cute pleading face! :D
I finished the top in a day, and it took me a couple weeks to hand-quilt it!

John-Luke was so happy when I finished it! He kept asking me to take some pictures of him with it! :) So I did. And here they are! :)

For some reason almost every time I would snap the pictures he'd close his eyes. :(
But I thought he looked cute anyway! :D

Project Completed!

Ah, at long last, I'm finished! After over a month of working on my Crayon Quilt, it's finilly completed! Although I enjoy doing the top part the best, I really enjoyed ever minuet of my quilting! :D I hope to sell it... but we'll see how that goes! ;)

Quilting...

Okay, about two weeks ago I went to Wal-Mart, and found some fabrics in the remnants that I thought were really cool... I wasn't sure what I was going to do with them, but I liked the fabric none the less! ;) So I bought 'em.
I got home and decided to make a quilt, but I couldn't decided what kind of a pattern to use. I asked Rachel and she said to use a "Crayon Box" style pattern... so I did! :D
I thought you all might like to see pictures of my latest project. :)
