What's up...
Well, A lot has been happening lately, so I’m not sure where to start! A few posts back I had asked for prayer for my great grandma Skibba, I want to thank each one for your prayers!!!
Most of you probably already heard from Rachel’s blog, that my great grandma passed away, last Friday night. The funeral was yesterday, It went well, although it was in a catholic church, and they have A LOT of really weird practice’s, and I didn’t enjoy the service at all. But it was really good to be able to meet, and see again, most of my mom’s relative’s!
I’m not exactly sure if my great grandma ever really got saved or not, although she did say some thing to Mom this last time she visited ( a week before she passed away) that were very encouraging, like, “Jesus is every thing to me” and “ I love Jesus”. All that the thief on the cross said to Jesus is “Lord remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom” and Jesus said This day shalt thou be with me in paradise” Wow, what a loving God we serve! I would really appreciate it if every one would pray for my Mom, she’s having a really hard time with this because she was very close to her grandma, esp. as a little girl! Thank you all so much!
Also, this past weekend at the butterfest went VERY good, I got to do a lot of witnessing with the surveys. Just pray that the good news of the gospel will take rut in people’s hearts and minds.
It has been such a blessing to me to be able to witness, the job that the Lord has given each one of us is not easy, but it sure is rewarding to seen the Lord work in and thru people! I had SO much fun taking care of one of the cutest little boys you ever did see, when his mom needed to do something she gave him to me to take care of him.=) (His parents had a clothing booth there) it was just great! Plus it was fun turning a decade and ½ on Sunday, at the fair they even did a parade for me for my birthday, and a congress man can up to me and shook my hand, at least I think that’s why.=)

O.K. Becca,
I really like your blog (so far!) and think it's sweet of you to mention me in your prayer list. Our friend in Ohio is doing good and her mom comes home on Friday, August 18 (Lord willing). I hope and pray my sister's wedding will go smothly and without too many emotions...at least on my part. No, really, I'm VERY happy for her and we all love "New Brother" (but I think Naomi loves him more than the rest of us).
Keep up with your canning and BE A GOOD GIRL!! Ha Ha Ha. ;)
With much love in Christ (yeah, like you believe me),
Faith
P.S. I think your hats are GREAT!!!
P.P.S. I think you look great in your hats!
